CiRide highly encourage all drivers to make at most effort and make sure every passenger has all their belonging before they leave. In case, If a passenger left their belonging, please call your dispatcher and provide a detailed information right away and bring the item found to CiRide office and the dispatcher will contact and find a way that the item is handed back to the owner. NOTE: CiRide has a policy that our drivers are not allowed to exchange personal information such as, phone number, email, and or any social media account with their passengers. Please do not contact the passenger yourself and do not exchange any personal information with your passenger.
