How do ETAs work?
- Before requesting a service, we are showing estimated time of providing best service to you.
Where can I get service?
- There are lots of different services. You can choose anyone of your choise. We'll try to serve you best service. You can also reach to our help center for more details.

Do you face any problems?
- We've created a best user friendly app. This is made by professionals and it's according to current market. You can reach out to our help center for your queries. We'll help you.
How it works?
- Login to the application and select appropriate service type. After that application will ask you to perform required steps.
Sharing your location
- By sharing your location, app will try to locate you on map and provides you best services.

I want to provide feedback
- You can give your valuable feedback by going into order history. If you have any queries, feel free to reach to our support team via phone or email.
Is single order from many stores possible?
- We currently do not support this functionality. However, you can place orders for individual items from different stores.
I want to cancel my order
- We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not placed to the store. Please note that we will have a right to charge a cancellation fee up to full order value to compensate our store and delivery drivers if your order has been confirmed. Please reach out to our support via phone or email.
Do you take commission for deliveries?
- We do not take any commission from you. You will get paid for each deliveries that you have made.
Do you charge for delivery?
- Delivery fee varies from city to city and is applicable if order value is below a certain amount. Additionally, certain stores might have fixed delivery fees. Delivery fee (if any) is specified on the 'Order Summary' page.
